If you are attempting to pay tickets associated with a towed vehicle, you must do the following in order:
  1. Pay off all ticket citations online or in person at Parking Customer Service Center, 222 Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510
  2. Take the confirmation receipt or receipts to Towing and Recovery, 1188A Lance Road, Norkolk, VA 23502. The phone number is 757-441-1062
  3. Pay all impound fees to Towing and Recovery to release the tow.
  4. Vehicle will be released once steps through three are completed.
